Is it easy to use?
Candid CRM is designed for busy business owners, not techies. The interface is intentionally minimal. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can use Candid CRM.
Will it take ages to set up?
No. There’s nothing to install and no complex configuration. Sign up, add your first contact, pick a stage and set the next action. You can rename stages later if you want them to match your own process.
Can I import my existing contacts?
By default, no – and that’s on purpose. We want your CRM to contain people you’re actually dealing with, not a pile of old addresses. If you really need an import, get in touch and we’ll do it for a small one-off fee so the data goes in clean.
Does it integrate with my email or other tools?
Candid CRM doesn’t plug into your inbox or marketing tools. That keeps your contact list clean and avoids clutter. When you’re ready for deeper integrations, you’ll also be ready for a more complex CRM – and you can export everything.
Is my data safe?
Your data belongs to you. It’s hosted securely in the UK on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We don’t sell your data, and you can export it at any time.
Will this grow with my business?
Candid CRM is built for early-stage and micro-businesses. It will comfortably support you and a small team. If you outgrow it, you’ll have a clean, well-structured dataset to take into a larger CRM.
